Rancher Bar Great Chili Cookoff

n 1990 the the Rancher Bar, the Chili Appreciation Society of Arizona and the Hassayampa Yacht Club began hosting the "Great Chili Cook Off and Benefit Auction".

Great cooks from throughout the Southwest gather to cook their best red chili or barbecued pork.

Afterwards a benefit auction is held and a live band perform.
